How to Add AdBlock in Google ChromeOpen the Ad blocker tab, scroll down to Installed filters and click Add filter. In the opened window, find the Annoyances section or the filter. After some head-scratching, I had them disable all browser extensions and sure enough the problem went away. Re-enable extensions one by one. Go adguard settings and click in "filter" -> "adblock"; turn off "adblock" -> go refresh youtube until it wont show that annoying window; then go back and turn.
